The chef intended to prepare two separate dishes, but a mix-up resulted in lemongrass and matcha meeting chia seeds. The mistake turned out to be a delightful harmony of flavors that became a breakfast favorite at the retreat. Try our recipe for a delicious, nutritious start to your day. 

Start your day with a nutrient-packed breakfast of matcha, lemongrass, and chia seeds.

  1. In a jar, mix together 1 tablespoon of Master Matcha powder, 1 cup of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 stalk of lemongrass (cut into pieces).
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, remove the lemongrass and enjoy your nutritious and satisfying Lemongrass Matcha Chia Pudding.
