Our Matcha Energy Bites were inspired by an inventive health enthusiast who, in an attempt to make her midday snacks more nutritious, added a spoonful of matcha to her favorite energy ball mix. She was immediately energized, not just by the health benefits, but also by the delicious taste these bites offered. With our Matcha Energy Bites recipe, we aim to share this burst of vitality that fits perfectly into any moment of your day.

For those mid-afternoon slumps or post-workout refuels, our Matcha Energy Bites are the perfect healthy pick-me-up.

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Master Matcha powder, 1 cup of almond butter, 2 cups of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of honey, and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  2. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour, then enjoy your healthy and delicious matcha energy bites!
