Upon freezing a blend of matcha, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla, she discovered a treat as refreshing as it was healthy - the Matcha Popsicle. Our Matcha Popsicle recipe offers this refreshing and wholesome treat to beat the summer heat.

Beat the heat with our refreshing and healthy Matcha Popsicles!

  1. In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons of Master Matcha powder, 1 can of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. Once frozen, run warm water over the molds to release the popsicles.
